How It Works
  1. Users create accounts to report stolen devices
  2. Suppliers register devices when they receive them
  3. When a device is sold, the supplier assigns it to the buyer with owner details
  4. If a device is stolen, the owner can login and report it as stolen
  5. Anyone can check device status (no login required) before purchasing to verify it's not stolen
  6. Super admins can view all stolen devices and resolve reports
